Purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.

14-day money-back guarantee. You can get a full refund of any payment within 14 days of making it, for any reason. Email contact@cbamfile.com with your order number, or contact Paddle directly; the refund goes back to your original payment method.

Subscriptions (Annual, Agent 10 and Agent 30) may be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. The 14-day guarantee applies to the first payment and to each renewal.

This policy does not limit any rights that mandatorily apply to you under local law.
