Refund Policy
Purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
14-day guarantee. If, within 14 days of purchase, the service failed to generate your files correctly, or the product materially does not match its description, contact us at contact@cbamfile.com with your order number and we will refund you in full.
Instant digital delivery. The files are generated and delivered immediately after purchase. Once files have been successfully generated and downloaded, refunds for reasons unrelated to a defect (for example, no longer needing the file) are at our discretion.
Annual plans may be cancelled any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. A full refund is available within 14 days of the initial annual purchase if no files were downloaded in that period.
This policy does not limit any rights that mandatorily apply to you under local law.
