Questions
What happens when the EU updates the rules?
The Commission corrects default values and publishes new templates from time to time. We update the calculator when it does. Annual subscribers can regenerate their files against the updated rules at no extra cost; a Single report reflects the rules on the day it was generated.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Paddle issues the invoice and handles VAT, including reverse charge for businesses with a valid VAT number.
Can I get a refund?
If the files were not generated correctly, yes — within 14 days. See the Refund Policy for the details.
Is my production data uploaded?
No. Every calculation and file runs in your browser. Paying does not change that: the payment only unlocks the download. Your production volumes, fuels and emissions never reach our servers.
