CBAM File — consent wording, version 2026-09-v2

This file is frozen. It records the exact words shown to a person at the moment
they consented. Every subscriber record stores "consent_version": "2026-09-v2",
which points here.

If any wording below changes, a NEW file and a NEW version identifier must be
created. This file is never edited after the first subscriber record references
it — that is what makes a stored consent auditable.

Supersedes 2026-09-v1, which named the service's temporary address before the
cbamfile.com domain was registered. No subscriber record referenced v1.

Unsubscribe link in every email (signed token), or a request to the contact
address in the Privacy Policy. Withdrawal deletes the record entirely.
